Sandrine Blais is the current BPG Wiki coordinator for paper (2023-2026).

She is a paper conservator and a graduate from the Queen's Master of Art Conservation program. She currently works at the Metropolitan Museum of Art as an Assistant Conservator in Paper Conservation on the Tang Wing project.

• BPG Fastenings and Furniture general formatting, making things left-justified and somewhat the same size

What I've done as wiki coordinator (2023-2026)

Adding content to pages

• Added an annotated bibliography and images to the East Asian Scrolls page
• Added a video and pdf with how-to instructions to make digital fills

Breaking up pages

• Broke down the BPG Support Problems into its own support formats: Non Paper Supports, Asian Papers, Western Papers previously known as the Paper Supports page, Composite Structures, Unusual Paper Supports
• Playing around with the idea of breaking up Adhesives and Adhesives recipes and tips into separate pages:
  • Help:Adhesives Template
  • Wheat Starch Paste

Re-formatting

• Images
  • Adding captions to images
  • Making images bigger
• Removing extra indents
• Fixing broken links

What I'd still like to achieve

Very large projects

• Changing all the spanid to being references instead

• Instructions for how to cite different types of works, like the imaging wiki does
• How to deal with in-line citations vs annotations
• Style guide maybe?
  • Sentence capitalization?

Examples of full references (add to references help page)

Whenever possible:

• Link directly to specific article, even if it is behind a paywall. The book or article title itself should be the hyperlink. Do not add a full url in a reference.
• Use full author first and last names
• Two authors: Lastname1, Firstname1 and Firstname2 Lastname2.
• More than two authors: Lastname1, Firstname1 et al.
• Webpages, blogs and videos should have an "accessed" date, but not journal articles.
