Summary[edit | edit source]
Model of an Armenian endband, made in an Armenian Binding Workshop given by Tamara Ohanyan in 2024. Primary endband was made with loops of 18/3 linen thread, over a 10 ply linen cord core, sewn through the gatherings and extending onto the wooden boards. Secondary endband was made with five needles of silk thread over two small cores of 12/3 thread and a third core of 10 ply linen cord. Katherine Kelly, 2024.
