- Before that, she was a Technical Services Librarian at South Georgia Regional Library.
- She is also the Owner/Dressmaker of Grecian Needle as well as the Owner/Freelance Writer of Lexi Pros Lexi.

- Harikleia has published several fiber-related articles in Piecework magazine website, The Medium, and All Free Sewing.
- She compiled the index to The Essential Films of Ingrid Bergman (2018), The Essential Humphrey Bogart (2016), The Encyclopedia of Epic Films (2014), and The Epic Films of David Lean (2012) all four written by Dr. Constantine Santas.
- She translated the novel The Agony of Survival (2011) by Dr. Spyros Vrettos (Greek to English). She created the website The Agony of Survival Trilogy as well as the website of Dr. Constantine Santas.
- In progress: Writing the biography "Always a Gentleman": The Life and Career of Dr. Loukas G. Arvanitis.
- In progress: Translating of the novel The Incredible Machine by Dr. Spyros Vrettos (Greek to English).
