Kari Rayner is a Mellon Fellow in Paintings Conservation at the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C. She graduated from New York University with an MA in Art History and Advanced Certificate in paintings conservation in 2015. Kari has previously worked in the paintings conservation department of the Wallraf-Richartz-Museum in Cologne, Germany, and Modern Art Conservation in New York, NY. She most recently spent a year as a Post-Graduate Intern at the Hamilton Kerr Institute of the University of Cambridge.
