This topic is not necessarily paper-conservation-specific--Denise Stockman (talk) 15:58, 16 December 2014 (CST)

This page would benefit from more information about ultraviolet induced visible fluorescence (UV/VIS). Some resources to consider are below:--Kkelly (talk) 12:47, 22 March 2016 (CDT)

Image Science Associates. Target UV & UV Gray Card.

This target is designed to be used in photodocumentation "for accurate and repeatable imaging of UVA induced visible fluorescence".

Chen, Jiuan Jiuan and Jennifer McGlinchey Sexton. "Bibliography of UVA/Visible Documentation". Image Science Associates.

A recent (~2015) bibliography of UVA/Visible Documentation.

Chen, Jiuan Jiuan, Jennifer McGlinchey Sexton, Paul Messier, Rebecca Ploeger. 2015. "Finding the Point of No Return: The Irreversible Effect of Ultraviolet Radiation Exposure (PDF)" Poster presented at AIC Annual Meeting.

This would also be an excellent area to collaborate with PMG on. Their chapter PMG Examination and Documentation is much more up to date than the PCC.

Update priority: Medium. This should be a collaboration with other specialty groups and be moved; perhaps placed under Research and Analysis. --Denise Stockman (talk) 15:30, 1 August 2016 (CDT)

An interesting post on this topic: "A summary of ultra-violet fluorescent materials relevant to Conservation" --Kkelly (talk) 14:59, 12 May 2017 (CDT)
