Category:Emergency Response and Recovery
Emergency Preparedness, Response, and Recovery are three phases of care for cultural materials at risk from accidental and environmental sources.
Often, cited as "DISASTER" and "DISASTER preparedness, response and recovery by conservation professionals. Technically in the jargon of emergency response personnel, "disasters" are only declarable by an authoring governing body (like the president of the United States). All else are "emergencies" even if they seem like disasters to us personally.
