1. If the organization's name is hotlinked check to see if the link is active. If not please update the link.
2. Assuming that there is a valid website, delete the address and phone number from the wiki entry. Based on my sample, many of the addresses and numbers were no longer accurate. If we can link directly to the website then it seems that providing the contact information is merely another thing to update and is unecessary.
3. If there is no website or organizational link determine if the contact information is still valid
